Grow is also currently looking for a new client coordinator

 

We are seeking a New Client Coordinator to join our mental wellness boutique. The New Client Coordinator is the first point of contact for any new or potentially new client or inquiry about Grow. He or she is responsible for being a warm and welcoming introduction to our practice as the first point of contact into our group.  

New Client Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Returning and responding to any incoming calls and emails inquiring about services at Grow

  • Collecting and organizing information on client demographics, reason for inquiry and referral source

  • Working with therapists and inquiries to determine availability and professional “fit” for new client

  • Coordinating therapist to client to make sure there is a seamless transition for both

  • Keeping detailed and organized records of client communication and waitlist

  • Communicating with therapists about waitlist weekly

  • Complying with the regulations and policies of the practice including confidentiality, privacy policies, etc.

  • Attending monthly group meetings as needed to communicate information related to the client coordinator process

Intake Coordinator Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree. A degree in psychology or sociology is preferred or a very strong affinity for mental health and wellness.

  • Working knowledge of office management and filing systems.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient computer literacy, especially in Google and Google Drive.
